The Fabbri SUPERCREMOSA S.A. base is a hot-mix, high-dosage base (250g/l of water) containing a good amount of solids from skimmed milk powder, alternative sugars, and refined, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats. With a delicate milky flavor, its formulation makes the gelato hot and creamy. Dilute with water.
Dosage: 250g of product + 1L of water + 250g of sugar.
